Hello friend! I'm Nichole Shepherd and I'm the owner of Grow Well Bookkeeping LLC, a bookkeeping business I launched a few years ago.  Being an entrepreneur and starting my own business was definitely not something I originally dreamed of.  I actually graduated with a Master in Education from the University of Minnesota and had planned to be an elementary school teacher.
After my first baby, I knew I wanted to be home with them, so I ended up leaving the workforce to be a stay at home mom to my 5 kids for 18 years!  When my youngest started school, I had a decision to make, go back to teaching or reinvent myself.
I chose the latter and felt inspired to help other women be able to reinvent themselves.
I became passionate about learning, sharing and supporting women in reliable pathways to success.Â
