Hello friend! I'm Nichole Shepherd and I'm the owner of Grow Well Bookkeeping LLC, a bookkeeping business I launched a few years ago. Being an entrepreneur and starting my own business was definitely not something I originally dreamed of. I actually graduated with a Master in Education from the University of Minnesota and had planned to be an elementary school teacher.
Soon after having my first baby, however, I knew I wanted to be home with my kids, so I ended up leaving the workforce to be a stay at home mom while my 5 children were growing up. When my youngest started school, I had a decision to make, go back to teaching or reinvent myself.
I chose the latter and felt inspired to help other women be able to reinvent themselves.
I quickly found myself gravitating towards working with other women, specifically women coaches, because I have a deep appreciation and love for the work they do in the world. I also felt a kinship with women who had chosen to start a business after having kids, and wanted something better for themselves and their families. Having experienced many of their same challenges, I became passionate about learning, sharing and supporting women in reliable pathways to success.
Becoming a certified Pricing OverhaulⓇ Coach was born out of habitually undercharging in my own business and lacking the confidence to change it. After working with Erin Haag, creator and original coach of the Pricing OverhaulⓇ, on my own business, and seeing my profit (and monthly salary) MORE THAN DOUBLE in just a few months... WITHOUT working more hours... I knew this was something worth sharing with as many women as possible! I, personally, am specializing in sharing it with Female Coaches and Bookkeepers.
